Networking is crucial for the smooth operation of any computer system. As part of the onboarding process, a network audit will be conducted to help ensure you have the best possible experience.

We suggest having a reliable Internet connection (NBN/FTTP) with 4G/5G backup, which can be set up through major providers like Optus and Telstra.
High-quality WiFi with optimized coverage or a hardwired CAT6e connection is recommended for optimal performance.
WiFi is a mandatory requirement for Tablet Ordering to ensure seamless and reliable connectivity.
Business-grade hardware can be provided as an additional service. We do not recommend using home or consumer-grade equipment for optimal performance and reliability.

Our solution supports readily available hardware, eliminating the need for costly hospitality-specific devices. You can source hardware independently, or we can assist with purchases. Most existing hardware is compatible.

We support a large range of commercial EPSON or compatible ESC-POS printers.
We support the Zebra ZD series printers for food safety labels with removable labels.
We support both consumer and commercial TVs and display panels.
Most existing iOS or Android tablets are compatible for tablet ordering.
Our Australian based hardware partner, T-Tec, offers a range of WiFi-based data loggers compatible with StocknDine.
Internet-based printing and temperature recording are managed through a real-time Windows-based print server/NUC, requiring at least one Windows PC to host the service. Compatible existing hardware can be used.
