As part of the implementation process, we provide access to online training. StocknDine includes a SCORM-compliant training environment that comes preloaded with our standard content and can be easily supplemented with your own materials.
We recommend a two-phase deployment
- Kitchen Operations – Focus on ingredient data, recipes, food safety, and staff training.
- Point of Sale – Once the kitchen setup is complete, activate front-of-house sales.
This staged approach ensures a smooth transition and system readiness across all key areas
- Sign Up - Join us for an initial on-boarding meeting to discuss your needs and current environment.
- Hardware & Network Check - We’ll review your setup to see what’s needed, and wherever we can, we’ll make use of your existing hardware.
- Setup - Our team will configure your devices, support your menu and inventory setup, and handle any necessary hardware installation as part of the onboarding process.
- Training - Includes all essential management features, ensuring your leadership team is confident and fully equipped to oversee operations.
- Kitchen Operations Go-Live - Ingredient Management, Standardised Recipes, Food Safety, Labelling, Temperature Monitoring & Staff Training.
- Pre-Live - You test your menu, integrations and devices.
- Point of Sale Go-Live - We support you through the first few days.
